Town Clerk

The LaGrange Town Clerk is responsible for issuing various licenses and certificates and acts as the registrar of vital statistics, filing officer, recording secretary, and records management officer for the town. Whenever you visit the town hall for a marriage license or birth certificate, you are relying on the town clerk to have those records (accurately and in a timely manner). If you are interested in minutes from the town council meetings, the Town clerk would help you; this information is also kept on the town website.

My Pledge:

  • Provide competent, friendly service to the residents of LaGrange;
  • Improve interoffice relationships and efficiency within the Town Hall;
  • Work closely and in cooperation with the Town Supervisor and the Town Board;
  • Encourage the professional skills of the deputy clerks.
  • Work to extend the hours of service in the Town Clerk's office to meet residents' needs through flexible scheduling (rather than through increased town costs).

Qualification Summary

Worked in the town office for 6 years (experienced and respected). Familiar with the issues and needs of the community. Committed to listening and serving LaGrange residents. Demonstrated integrity and professionalism by running a clean campaign.
